How well do you treat your job applicants?

How well do you treat your job applicants?

If you are an employer and wonder about this question, there is an easy way to find out. Stop what you are doing and complete the Employer survey for the 2012 Candidate Experience Awards.

For this small investment of your time, you will receive a benchmark report of how your practices stack up against your peers.

But there is so much more:

Although the CandE Awards is a competition, it exists to enable ANY company to benchmark and improve their candidate experience.

If you are interested in improving candidate experience, regardless of sophistication, you will benefit by participating in the award process. The data submitted is treated confidentially and only the names of winning organizations will be released to the public. ALL applicants will receive feedback on how their responses related to the applicant group as a whole. This is reason enough to apply!

If you make it to Round 2 we will work with you to confidentially survey a sample of your 2012 employment candidates. The details and methodology for surveying candidates will be provided to you prior to the administration of the survey. Participants will have the opportunity to opt out of the survey if they so choose.

The Talent Board will administer the survey and tabulate the results. Each participant will receive a copy of their candidate survey response data and, assuming that your core practices are confirmed, your firm will be designated as a 2012 C&E Award winner.

Companies who win the C&E award designation will receive a digital emblem for display on their career pages and marketing materials. Companies receiving the designation will also be listed on this website and will be recognized and celebrated at the 2012 HR Technology Conference.

The philosophy of the CandE Awards is to reward all corporations that meet a the 2012 standard of candidate experience excellence. Every corporation that meets the standard will receive the 2012 candidate experience award. Winners then receive the right to display the 2012 candidate experience stamp on their marketing collateral.

Registration is closing at the end of the week - Don't miss out on this great opportunity!
