At the Fall 2011 EREExpo I had a chance to walk the exhibit floor for product demonstrations. I asked for a demo that would highlight the things that make the product unique. Here is what I learned about Beyond.com:

Someone once told me “recruiting is just like politics….. it’s all local.” While many national and global companies look for talent across a wide geography, sometimes the jobs are very regional and local in nature.

Beyond.com probably has one of the broadest job distribution vehicles to get your opportunities in front of people in your desired location.   With the network of functional and localized talent communities they can push your job vacancies to a very targeted audience.  They have a good set of diversity sites available as well. Jobs are posted on various sites and through extensive email campaigns.

Additionally they have been aggressive in launching mobile apps.
